Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** At Drip Garage Detailing, we value your time and ours. Because we are a mobile detailing service, appointments are scheduled specifically for each customer and require preparation, travel, and product costs. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least **24 hours before your scheduled appointment**. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to a **$25-$50 cancellation fee**. This fee helps cover lost appointment time, travel expenses, and preparation costs. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time as we work to provide the best detailing experience possible. Additional Charges & Excessive Mess Policy Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and requested services. Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring extra labor, products, or time. Examples include excessive trash, heavy dirt buildup, pet hair removal, deep stains, strong odors, food spills, work debris, adhesive removal, or heavily neglected interiors. Additional fees may range from $25–$200+ depending on the severity of the condition. Customers will be notified and approval will be received before additional work is completed.
